THE JOURNEY
In 2003, Simon and Lisa Thomas left behind conventional life to ride around the world. What began as a 16-month motorcycle adventure became a 17-year journey spanning 507,000 miles, 82 countries and six continents, making them one of the most experienced overland motorcycle teams in the world.
But their greatest achievement isn’t the distance travelled—it’s the mindset that made it possible.
Living on the road for nearly two decades taught them how to adapt, overcome uncertainty, solve problems under pressure and keep moving forward when the odds were against them. Those lessons now shape everything they do, from storytelling and photography to education, leadership and inspiring audiences worldwide.
Through 2 Ride The World, Simon and Lisa share real-world experiences that challenge people and organisations to think differently, embrace change and discover what is possible when curiosity, resilience and courage drive the journey.
